QUOTING (Awaiting Quotes)

  • RFQs sent, waiting for supplier responses

NEGOTIATING (Active Negotiations)

  • Back-and-forth negotiations in progress with suppliers

FULFILLED (Completed Orders)

  • Purchase orders created and processed
  • View Only: Final pricing, delivery details, PO information
